Testing with Testifire XTR2 in the Netherlands

Following its introduction at Firex International, Testifire XTR2 is currently being put through its paces by fire maintenance companies around the world, most recently this has involved working with our Dutch partners FireSense and one of their long-term customers – Hefas Brandbeveiliging.

Throughout the development of Testifire XTR2 we have held regular meetings and focus groups with industry professionals and now, as the product drawing closer to launch, we’re increasing our efforts to gain feedback from a wide group of users around the world.

This has involved testing and with service managers, fire engineers and detector manufacturers. As part of this process, FireSense one of our distribution partners in the Netherlands, identified Hefas Brandbeveiliging as company who would be interesting to work with. Already long-term Testifire users, the company offers nationwide coverage across the Netherlands and has a wide range of clients covering; Hospitality, Government, Retail and Industrial sites.

We've worked with the team at Hefas Brandbeveiliging for a long time. They have always been keen to work with the latest technology and as existing Testifire users, we immediately suggested them as a company who would be perfect to trial this new solution.

Delivering compliance and taking responsibility are key factors for Hefas Brandbeveiliging which makes the functionality within Testifire XTR2 particularly interesting for them. 

After an initial introduction to the product by Marcel Zwarthoed and Anthony Partou, the team will be taking the XTR2 on-site and trialing each part of it before offering feedback on each element. 

This feedback will provide valuable insight as availability of the product draws closer.
