Batteries & Chargers

Overtime rechargeable batteries can lose capacity, reducing their ability to hold charge and requiring more frequent charging.  Replacement Solo battery batons and other Solo batteries are all available to purchase separately, these are useful either as spares or complete replacements for old batteries which are no longer holding charge as they should.

The Solo 770 battery baton can be used with the Solo 460 heat detector testers and Testifire 1000 and Testifire 2000, this battery is charged using the Solo 727 charger - which is also available to purchase separately.  Another Solo battery, the Solo 370 is used to power the Solo 365 and again is available as a replacement part as is the universal charger.

Replacement batteries and chargers for our latest solution, the Testifire XTR2, are now available. This includes the Testifire XTR2 Lithium Ion Battery Pack and the Testifire XTR2 Charger Kit.

When the battery in your tester starts to show signs of reduced charge capacity or improper charging, it's advisable to invest in a replacement battery. To maximise the longevity of your battery, remember to fully discharge it before each recharge, as this will help provide optimal performance.
