From A to Z, our training has welcomed a worldwide audience!

Posted in: Test Category

In the past we’ve welcomed 100’s of visitors to our office for product training, by nature of our location this mostly meant offering training to UK customers.
However, for the last two years we’ve taken our training on-line and as a result, have welcomed customers from as far as Algeria and Zambia onto our sessions.

In total since offering on-line training, we’ve welcomed over 1200 attendees from over 80 different countries to our sessions.

In this time we’ve also added to our content to include two new topics; ‘Testing Hard-to-Access Detectors and ASD Systems’ and ‘Testing Single and Multi-sensor Detectors with Testifire’. Most recently, we’ve introduced a further webinar ‘Testifire – is now the time to switch? which highlights the benefits of switching from testing with individual Solo test heads to an all-in-one tester.

These new sessions have complemented our main ‘Testing and Maintenance’ webinar by providing more in-depth look at increasingly topical subjects and have provide a perfect opportunity to improve product usage and understanding amongst our world-wide customer base.

In addition to our main webinar programme, we’ve also partnered with several detector manufacturers to host joint sessions promoting best practice and identifying the correct and approved test solution specific detector ranges.

During the last two years, our training specialist Paul, has becoming a familiar face on Zoom and Teams for many of our customers.

Offering online training expanded our reach overnight. It's been great to work closer with our customers world-wide and hear of their experiences and also to offer dedicated training sessions to those taking their first steps in the industry, through the many apprenticeship schemes.
