Acquisition of US Based Global Vision Inc

Detectortesters Group, a portfolio company of Inflexion Private Equity, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Global Vision Inc (GVI), a market leading fire company specialising in the provision of fire pump test meters.

Founded in 2006 and based in Minneapolis, USA, GVI is committed to delivering patented designed, FM approved solutions that support the essential maintenance of commercial fire pumps used in sprinkler systems. The company’s specialist knowledge and comprehensive product range serve the needs of a global client base and have seen GVI build an enviable reputation, which has product choice and customer service at its core.

The acquisition is the latest of four companies acquired by Detectortesters Group and follows the acquisition of The Hose Monster Company in May 2024.
